Sample answer
Linking words are highlighted: they show the structure a rater follows.
In my opinion, the company should definitely give private bonuses to recognize strong employee performance.
The main reason is that this option would be extremely useful in everyday life for all staff members. It responds to a very practical need and would help people manage their money, comfort, or safety much more easily. A good company decision should benefit the widest possible group, not only a few people who enjoy being in the spotlight.
Another important reason is that private bonuses seem much easier to justify with our currently available budget. It would create a clear financial improvement that employees could notice and use regularly to pay their bills. I understand that public awards also have some advantages, and certain individuals may prefer that approach. However, public recognition feels less urgent and may not solve the most common financial problems that workers face today.
For all of these reasons, I firmly believe private bonuses represent the better choice for our workplace. This strategy is practical, fair, and very likely to create stronger overall employee satisfaction. It would also be much easier for management to review after a short trial period.
