Mistakes come back until they don't
Every question you get wrong goes into your Mistake Vault with the reason. It returns in your practice until you get it right twice in a row. Common questions

Is PrepScroll free?
Yes. You can practice every question type without paying. Create a free account to save your progress.
Do I need to create an account?
To see how it works, no: 6 short intro cards show you straight away. To practice, you create a free account and choose your test. It takes about a minute, with no card details.
What's the difference between Scroll and Study?
They're two ways to use the same questions, scores and progress. Scroll gives you short cards picked for you, one after another, like a feed. Study is a classic practice portal: choose a question type, work through numbered questions, take mock tests and check your dashboard. Switch any time.
How is my writing marked?
On the exam's own criteria, such as PTE's content, form, development, grammar and vocabulary traits, IELTS's four bands or CELPIP's four dimensions. Every grammar, spelling and punctuation mistake is highlighted with its fix, weaker wording gets an upgrade, and you see your answer rewritten to the next level. Word limits are checked exactly.
How does the speaking feedback work?
Allow the microphone, answer the card and your recording is scored on the traits the exam reports, such as content, oral fluency and pronunciation for PTE. You see which words were clear, which were weak and where you paused too long, then can replay the moments that cost marks.
Are there full mock tests?
Yes. Take a full mock in the real exam's order and timing, a single section, or a short mini mock. Preparation time and the microphone start automatically, as they do on test day, and every attempt is saved so you can review each answer later.
Are these real exam questions?
No. Every question is original, exam-style material written to match the official format. Nobody can legally offer real exam questions.
How accurate are the AI scores?
They're estimates to guide your practice, not official scores. Each exam's own scoring system makes the final decision.
Does it work on my phone and computer?
Yes. It's built for phones first and also works in a desktop browser, where you can use the keyboard to move between questions. There's nothing to install.
Which test should I take?
It depends on where you're going. Australia accepts PTE and IELTS; Canada accepts CELPIP, IELTS General Training and PTE Core. Check the official immigration or university site for your route. Our free tools convert between scores and Canadian CLB levels.
