Dear Ms. Patel,

I am writing to ask for your help with a recent problem. I am new at work and would like advice from a senior colleague about developing my career in the company. I understand that mistakes can happen, but I need a clear response and a practical solution.

I have tried to deal with the situation patiently, but it has not yet been resolved. Because of this, I am contacting you directly and asking for the matter to be reviewed. Good communication would make a big difference, especially because I need to know what will happen next.

I would appreciate it if you could meet with me for a short mentoring conversation. I am happy to send supporting documents if they will help you investigate. Please respond by email within the next few business days so I can plan accordingly.

Thank you for taking the time to look into this. I hope the issue can be resolved quickly and fairly.

Sincerely, Alex Morgan
