Dear Property Agent,
I am writing to express my strong interest in the apartment advertisement that I recently found online. I am looking for a comfortable place to rent starting next month, as my current lease is expiring soon and I need to relocate without any delay.
Regarding my rental needs, I am looking for a quiet one-bedroom unit with good natural light and an in-suite laundry. Since I work from home most of the week, having a reliable internet connection and a peaceful environment is essential for my daily routine.
Therefore, I would greatly appreciate it if you could arrange a viewing for this weekend and confirm the monthly rent. Please let me know which specific times work best for you. I am happy to provide any references, employment documents, or additional information that you might require.
Thank you for your time and assistance with this matter. I look forward to hearing from you soon.
Sincerely,
Jordan Lee
